With over 15 years of culinary expertise, he has honed his craft in diverse restaurants and venues, crafting memorable experiences at countless weddings and designing a multitude of tantalizing menus. Beyond the kitchen, Bryant's passion for the culinary arts extends to the natural world, as he has spent five years as an integral member of a high-end gardening team, working closely with a master gardener to cultivate the finest gardens. His extensive experience in both culinary arts and gardening seamlessly converges to create an exceptional dining experience that truly is The Bee's Knees.

The Bees Knees is a culinary gem nestled in the heart of Boulder, Colorado, offering an exquisite private chef service that redefines dining experiences. With a passionate commitment to sustainability and flavor, we source our ingredients exclusively from local, organic farms, nurturing deep connections with the vibrant community of small-scale producers. What sets us apart is our 600-square-foot garden, a lush oasis brimming with the freshest herbs, vegetables, and fruits, lovingly tended to by our skilled team. We start our seedlings here, ensuring the highest quality and variety for our dishes. Beyond our culinary prowess, we extend our green thumb to the community by maintaining and installing gardens, fostering a sustainable, farm-to-table ethos in Boulder and beyond.
